W/o sense of 'space' within, field isn't ready for seed of contemplation, & w/o concentration 1 cannot look after the seed, allowing growth.
If UR goal is to be always mindful, in all daily life, ask yourself:
how is the meditation I do furthering this? Think: more modes

Being 'mindful' without reason is an oxymoron; being 'present' with
no clear 'object', absurd.

To some, nothing seems as dull as 'reasoning'; but, in reality, it's the penetrating Way to better everything. It is well-seen / guided mind
"Follow your heart", sure: but, do it reasonably. Sometimes it's
good to point out obvious (& true) b/c, in action, it's forgotten

Don't have a dualism re: reason: that's based on being unaware &
deluded. Well seen/understood it has a connection w/ everything.
